Blumah Terms of Use

Last updated 25 September 2026

By using Blumah, you agree to the following:

Section 1

Ownership of imported content

You may only import audio files you own or otherwise have the legal right to store and play. Blumah is a local media player for files already in your possession — it does not provide, index, search, or download copyrighted content from any external source, and it never will. You are solely responsible for the legality of the files you import.

Section 2

No warranty

Blumah is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We work hard to make playback reliable, but we cannot guarantee the app will be free of defects.

Section 3

Local storage is your responsibility

Your library lives on your device. If you delete the app, offload it, or lose your device without a backup, your imported files and playlists may be lost. Back up your device regularly if your library matters to you.

Section 4

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves (for example, when optional cloud sync or a paid unlock is introduced in a future version). Material changes will be reflected in an updated "Last updated" date above.

Questions about these terms can be sent to the contact address listed on Blumah's App Store page.
